Quik-tool - The SMT Standard
for Automatic PCB Support
Whether in stencil printers, SMD placement machines, or in SPI and AOI, the new Quik-tool™ is ready within a short time to quickly, safely, and fully support your single-sided or double-sided populated PCBs, automatically with each new board. This consistently improves print results and reliably prevents PCB vibrations. This means higher quality, reliability, repeatability, and an increase in line throughput by minimizing machine downtime.
Quik-tool - Advantages at a Glance
- OPTIFLOW - Automatic air volume control without any operator adjustment during product changes with a varying number of modules
- Standard High-Density (HD) modules in a 12x18mm grid
- Lowest contact force for thin PCBs of only 2.5g/pin due to a larger pin support surface
- Highest holding force of the locked pins at 2,000g/pin at 6 bar through innovative, patented clamping
- ESD-compliant support caps of the pins prevent component damage
- Automatic mode with its own trigger signal or manual setup mode, freely selectable at any time
- Largest lower PCB clearance for assembled components up to 27mm (QTZ series) or 14mm (QT series) for low support heights of up to 66mm
