This compact device allows for efficient destacking of Bare Boards from a stack and facilitates easy loading into production systems.
With our Bare Board unloader, you can effortlessly insert the PCBs from the top into the module. It supports a stack height of approximately 150mm. The bottom-most PCB is gently separated and securely falls onto the conveyor belt. This intelligent functionality enables smooth passage of PCBs from magazine-based input stations (inline operation).
As the PCBs are transported through the module, our powerful transport module functions like a conventional belt module, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted production process.
