Since 2003, allSMT has been exclusively distributing component counting machines from the Korean company NamaSMT in Europe. NamaSMT is a family-run business where each component counter is custom-made and calibrated for our customers. Founded in 1988, the company specializes in component counting devices and counters for SMD production. NamaSMT's component counters were the first motorized devices capable of counting 01005 SMD components. Our component counters optionally feature a "Pocket-Check" function, which checks whether a component is present or not. The devices are easy to use and extremely durable. A 3-year manufacturer's warranty complements the high-quality product from NamaSMT.
New to the allSMT range is our state-of-the-art X-Ray Component Counter VT-XR-C3, which uses the latest X-ray technology for precise counting of SMD components. The XR-C3 offers even higher speed, accuracy, and reliability by being able to count through packaging materials. This device is particularly suitable for counting components in sealed packages and enables fast, error-free inventory. With its advanced software, results can be monitored and recorded in real-time. Additionally, the XR-C3 is easy to operate and robustly constructed, making it an ideal addition to our existing product range.
